    Returns & Refunds:

    UK Returns:

    All items should be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of goods.

    Please note sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

    To return goods please fill in the return form enclosed with your order and take your parcel to your nearest post office, sending it to the address on the returns form. Goods are returned to JeS Lifestyle at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery proof of postage.

    You will be notified by email once returned goods have been received by us and the refund processed.

    If there is no returns form with your order please contact us using the contact form on this website.

    Returns can also be brought to our shop in Colchester at 12 St Johns St, Colchester, Essex CO2 7AN. Please note that our shop is seasonal and opening times can vary therefore please contact us beforehand for current opening times.

    Please note that items can only be refunded to the original cardholder.

    Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.

    International returns:
    Please notify us of your intention to return goods within 7 days of receipt of the items and post them back within that 7 day period. As international returns can take longer to ship we allow for the extra time taken as long as it is posted promptly.  Shipping costs are excluded.
    JeS Lifestyle is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit and will not keep an eye on tracking for return items. Please ensure once you receive your tracking number and please keep track of it.
    You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to the JeS Lifestyle. Therefore, please mark RETURNED GOODS and RE-IMPORT on the outside of your parcel. If this is not marked and import charges are levied this will be deducted from your total refund. 
    Sale items are not eligible for returns and refunds.

    Condition of returned goods:
     
    Returned products must be in new, unused, and in unworn condition with all the garment tags still attached. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any signs of wear. There is no strong smells on the items such as perfume. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser.
     
    Exchanges:
     
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size please return the item to us as below. We will ship your alternative size once we have received your returned merchandise. If the alternative size is unavailable we will inform you and credit your card. We do not exchange items for alternative styles. If you would like to try something different we suggest you return the item for a refund and reorder the new item separately.
     
    Faulty items or late returns:
     
    For all faulty items or returns past the 30 day return period please contact us using the contact form on this website for returns advice.
     
    Hand dyed goods:
     
    Please note that the colour of clothes can vary slightly from the image shown as each item is hand dyed. This makes each piece of clothing unique. We cannot offer refunds on items for the reason of small variations in the shade of colour.
     
    Delivery costs and times:
     
    Goods will be dispatched up to 3 or 4 days after the order is received via 2nd class tracked and signed.

    Europe Standard Delivery is generally 7-10 working days.

    Deliveries for Northern Ireland, North of Scotland, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and all other off-shore destinations is generally 5-8 working days.

    Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not classified as working days.

    Orders will require a signature.

    Cancellations:
     
    We endeavour to provide the best customer service possible. Should a problem arise, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us.
     
    If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. We advise you check the status of the order before you request cancellation.
     
    Once we receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to JeS Lifestyle from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by JeS Lifestyle in the condition they were in when they were delivered to you.
     
    Import duties:
     
    Orders sent to non-EU countries and some EU countries due to brexit may incur local duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and will need to be paid locally upon receipt.
